Upon waking up (earlier the better), walk right out your front door and go for a 12 minute jog holding a Z1 pace (pace you could have a conversation at) + Sprint for 30 seconds, walk for 30 seconds X 5 + Read for thirty minutes outside while getting lost in meditative thought and prayer.B. Eat a perfectly balanced breakfast + pray in a unique spot (outside, or even in your house)PART 2PMA. Run for 15-20 minutes @ Z1 Pace in a unique location. Do this around 9PM if you can + 10 Minute Cool down walk, while getting lost in further meditative thought and prayer. B. Read for thirty minutes before bed + Pray/meditate.
