From Old to New
Go explore the old so that you can remember the old you, then making it so the old you can lead you to finding the new you. We must walk the backward path so that we can find the forward path.A. Run a 5k (Slow conversation pace). Run this 5k in a place of beauty; a place that will help bring good thinking into your mind. Maybe go to a place that brings positive memories back into your thoughts. Maybe it’s an old neighborhood, or an area that you’ve always wanted to explore but just never have. Be creative, and don’t be afraid to be unique. Tie your 5k in with prayer, and meditation, where during the run you work on thinking positively. Let the run get you high. Following the run, think about what you value most in your life. What are your core values? +B. Values are those things that really matter to each of us … the ideas and beliefs we hold as special. Values help us to make ethical choices over our lifetime, and help us achieve our full potential. Write at least 1 page about what you value most in your life. Think deep, and set some time aside to do a good job on this; don’t be in a rush.
