 A. At a unique place, even a place that will assist you in the bringing up of good memories, run for 20 minutes @ a Z1 pace (conversation pace). The terrain needs to vary, going from grass, to dirt, to a hill, then back to flat ground. It doesn't have to be this exact way, but look to be unique in where you run. During the run look to get lost in meditative though and prayer, while directing your thinking towards gratitude.        rest exactly 1 minute after completing A.B. 50 Burpees (on some grass) as fast as possible.        +C. On the site of where you did the experience, read for 15-20 minutes.         +D. At home, before bed, briefly summarize how the experience went and then email me what you wrote:
