Real PupilsWAR WorkoutA. 3 Back Squats on the top of every minute for 6 Minutes (80-85% of what you can squat for 3 reps - revert back to journal) Rest 3 MinutesB. Pull up latter 5-12 pull ups on the minute every minute for 10 minutes. Score is total # of pull ups. Switch grip every other minute - Pronated to Supinated. (Adv. Strict ALAP, then go into Kipp) +rest 3 minutesAMRoundsAP in 10 Minutes of:5 Ring Dips (10 Bench dips)5 Toes2Bar5 Box Jumps (30/24)GYM NOTE: On the Back Squat we may have to stagger start, depending on the variation in weight used. Try to stick to the time - top of the minute. We are not quite using our 3RM. Be confident and in control - get those knees out of the way. On part B. - let's get better at pull ups. We are switching grip every other one. Advanced will go Strict ALAP- into Kipp when they run out. Make it happen.
