Tabata Ring Push Ups 4 Minutes (Scaled Push Ups)    +Rest 5 Minutes4 Sets of:5 Close Grip Bench  (Choose From:225,205,185,155,135)10 Burpees15 KBS (70,55)20 Box Jumps (24,20)    Rest 3 minutesGYM NOTE: Similar workout to Tuesday.  I added 2 Reps to A1 & A2.  Use the Same weight for A1, and stick to whatever rep scheme you choose on A2.  Make it happen - you can do 2 more reps each round, challenge yourself & Get better.  Go heavy on the close grip bench (Challenging 5 reps)Classroom DiscussionWeekend Assignment:  What is your definition of Spirituality?  This weekend I want you to go to the most quite place you can think of and meditate.  It could be in your car, in the mountains, or wherever – just get away from everything.  Think nothing but positive thoughts, pray, talk to yourself, notice how slow everything moves in that quite relaxing environment.  Think deep!!  Do this for 30 to 45 minutes - and then write about the experience in your journal.Journal Title: Spirituality & the Role it Will Play in My Life.
