Weekend Assignment/Service discussion: You can find peace by serving and helping other people.  It's an incredible feeling when you forget about yourself for a time, and look to help other people. Always looking for an opportunity to help others is an incredible character attribute to have.  Service makes you feel good about yourself, increases positive thinking, more proactive, and can help feel the void during down times.B. Journal Title: Being a Humble Person & the Role it Will Play in my Life. C. Nutrition: Set some goals/discussion. Hand out some literature.D. Gym Intensity/Consistency: Consistently showing up all four days of the week. Pushing yourself every day to limits that you thought you couldn't go.  Becoming educated on the movements. Constantly trying to get better at the movements. Consistently logging your loads and times.
