I'm stoked about getting back in the classroom this week and starting a new session. This week is the start of the Red Session. A lot of you have been through it already; and I challenge you to go through it again with even more passion. It's always good to look for opportunities to recharge yourself both physically and mentally - so make it happen. I'll be programming 2 separate workouts a lot of the time - a WAR Workout & a WAR Strength & Conditioning Workout. The workouts will be similar in a lot of ways, and I think it will be good for the WAR Strength & Conditioning guys to back off for a couple of weeks and really work on technique, and increasing your strength. A lot of you have hit a wall (as far as strength goes), and I think it's time to back off a little bit and go back to the basics. Lets have a good time this summer and help everyone learn this lifestyle to the fullest. We are the WAR family, and thats a special thing to be apart of. Make sure you welcome any new people you meet, and lets all progress as human beings.
