Do all eight reps on one leg & then switch. Hold weight down by side) X 5 Rest 1 minuteA3. Wall Balls 12 reps X 5 Rest 1 minuteA4. Push Press 12 reps (115,95,75) X 5 Rest 1 MinuteI'm excited to do this workout. This ones going to take some discipline  - stick to the rest. You rest no longer than a minute the entire 5 rounds.  We will do the Wall Balls outside.
