The WAR program believes in the positive effects physical exercise has on the mind, body, and spirit. This is what makes the WAR program unique. We get physically uncomfortable in the gym to show ourselves that we can be uncomfortable and still be okay, and that through being uncomfortable we can grow and change. Physical exercise can also help in other ways such as teaching the brain to release endorphins naturally again, build self-confidence, provide a new and healthy way of life, help with anxiety and depression, and the list goes on and on.

  • In depth assessments done at the beginning of the program and throughout to measure progress
  • Individualized training program bases on assessment results
  • Gym sessions run by professionals
  • Access to the gym on non-treatment days
  • Classroom courses on weight lifting and cardio training
