Jogging, Sprinting, & Reading
A. Run for 5 minutes @ z1 pace (on grass)
B. On grass perform: 4-100 yd. sprints; rest is walk back (prayer/gratitude)
C. Run for 5 minutes @ z1 pace (on grass)
D. Read for 20 minutes on site of experience + meditate/prayer.
