A. Find your 1RM in the Back Squat (Low Bar)
B. Quickly-Build to a tough single in the Squat Clean
NOTE: Log loads…look to set a PR on A if technique permits. Novice – do 3 sets of 5 reps.
Complete 7 Rounds for time of:
7 Front Squat (155/115) + 15 Pull Ups
NOTE: Log how you do…Go down to that good depth and make sure you are getting your chin over the bar on the pull ups.
