A. Run Stadium Stairs; run up, walk down. Find a stadium near you and make this happen. Go at a high intensity for at least 20-25 minutes. Do this no earlier than 7pm – no music.
B. Work on your spirituality on the stadium site. Following the workout, sit at the top of the stadium stairs – meditate, pray, and read. Work on you spirituality at that magical time of night. Think about all of the things that you are thankful for. Look to direct your thoughts towards charity, and then send out a text message telling someone close to you how much you love them.
